Angels And Airwaves (AVA) made there debut early 2006 and for me i think it was a massive success for Tom Delonge (Blink 182) and taking them to a whole new level of music, its a mix of rock with its powerfull meanings and synthesizer effects which gives off this whole 'Spacey' feel to it which i find amazing, the songs are about love and war with its fantastic riffs giving off a real 'feel good' vibe to the songs like: 'The Adventure' which i think is about new beginings for people and that life about more than being depressed and alone, that there are people there and you are loved, it's just exploding with possitivity, and a real good sing - along song, one of AVA's best songs on the album. 'A Little's Enough' is again a song that if you'r feeling down there is someone there for you, the song is amazingly powerfull and to me just amazing to listen to, other songs on the album are 'The War' which is one of the upbeat tracks on the album with its fast beat and killer sound, singing liturally about love and war. 'It Hurts' is brilliant, its singing about hatred and hurt this time and i love the whole syntheziser effects that go on with the cool opening riff which is really catchy, and the echo effect on Tom's voice is really good because it adds to the depressing sort of feel to the song. So Basically if you like'd Blink 182 , The Distillers, The Offspring or Box Car Racer, AVA is mixed with them with the same energetic and good feel to them but mixed with some spacey effects, military drumming and amazing riffs then i think this is up your street, though it is different to the guys old bands of the punk age, the new age of AVA fever is hitting this world with a massive bang, and it's liturally 'out of this world', though alot of people say that since The split of Blink 182 Tom Delonge has gone downhill since becomming so preachy, but i think they are totally wrong i love it so much and it has no doubt been one of my favourite albums of 2006 and AVA has become one of my all time favourite bands, Keep up the good work guys i look forward to your future songs and amazing videos.
